Rich has over 33 years of diverse tax and business experience and spends his time working with clients in a diverse group of industries including healthcare, construction, service businesses as well as a number of other industries. He graduated from California State University, Bakersfield in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to being a CPA, Richard is also an Investment Registered Representative and has held Security Licenses Series 7 and Series 63 since 1996. Along with Tax Resolution, his other areas of expertise lie in Individual and Corporate tax preparation, audit representation and tax planning.
