John Duffield

John was born and raised in the communities of Bakersfield and Arvin, California. After graduating from Arvin High School he went to Bakersfield College and then CSU Bakersfield to obtain his Accounting Degree. To earn his Certified Public Accounting License, he attended Golden Gate University, where he also recieved a Masters Degree in Taxation. John makes it his mission to continue his education to make himself more valuable to his clients. He is married and has three college-aged sons. John's favorite thing is to be able to travel and have unique experiences with his wife and sons.

Richard Poe

Richard Poe has over 30 years of diverse tax experience. He graduated from California State University, Bakersfield in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration. Richard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Richard is also an investment Registered Representative and hs held security licenses Series 7 and Series 63 since 1996. Along with Tax Resolution, his other areas of expertise lie in Individual and Corporate tax preparation, audit representation and tax planning.
